Our Extra-Curricular Clubs – Something for Everyone!
At Eaves Primary School, we are proud to offer an exciting and varied range of extra-curricular clubs, giving our children opportunities to explore new interests, discover hidden talents and develop their passions beyond the classroom.
Throughout the year, our children can enjoy a fantastic variety of activities, from sports clubs and team games to art, music, choir, science, STEM, languages and wellbeing activities. Whether developing sporting skills, getting creative, exploring scientific discoveries or enjoying performing with friends, there is something to spark every child's curiosity.
Our clubs are about much more than learning new skills. They provide valuable opportunities to build friendships, develop confidence, practise teamwork and resilience, and experience the joy of trying something new.

Sporting Excellence at Eaves – More Than Just a Game!
At Eaves Primary School, we are passionate about providing exciting sporting opportunities that inspire our children to be active, challenge themselves, develop their talents and experience the pride of representing their school.
What a fantastic start to the year it has been! Already, our children have proudly represented Eaves in a range of sporting competitions, including Year 3 and Year 4 Dodgeball, Year 4 Football, Year 5 and Year 6 Rugby, and Year 6 Football.
Whilst we love celebrating sporting achievements, what makes us most proud is the way our children represent Eaves beyond the school gates. Time and time again, our pupils stand out from the crowd for their exceptional behaviour, impeccable manners, sportsmanship and integrity. Whether celebrating a victory, showing resilience in defeat, encouraging their teammates or demonstrating respect towards opponents and officials, our children truly embody The Eaves Way.
Sport at Eaves is about so much more than winning. It is about building confidence, developing teamwork, showing determination and learning valuable life skills. Through our commitment to Excellence in Everything and our Eaves values, we encourage every child to give their best, embrace challenges and celebrate the achievements of others.

Music Tuition at Eaves
Making Music at Eaves – Inspiring Our Young Musicians!
At Eaves Primary School, we are delighted that some of our children have the opportunity to develop their musical talents through additional instrumental tuition provided by St Helens Music Service.
From the beautiful sounds of woodwind and string instruments to the bold, vibrant tones of brass, our budding musicians are exploring a wonderful range of instruments, developing new skills and discovering the joy of making music.
Learning an instrument takes patience, perseverance, commitment and plenty of practice, and we are incredibly proud of the dedication our children show. Their enthusiasm, determination and willingness to challenge themselves are truly inspiring!
These enriching opportunities go far beyond learning to play an instrument. They help children develop confidence, creativity, self-discipline and a lifelong appreciation of music, whilst celebrating the importance of the arts within our school community.
