Nursery Admissions

Children are eligible for a nursery place at the beginning of the term after their third birthday. The start of the terms is usually in September, January and April. It is the duty of the school to manage Nursery admissions as of Autumn Term 2025.

To help parents with the process and to ensure that deadlines are not missed, the school operates a ‘Waiting List’ system, whereby we will take your details and when the appropriate application round opens, we will contact you with the relevant information.

Primary Admissions

Our school admissions are part of a co-ordinated system of allocating school places across St Helens. The admissions process and allocation of places is managed by Admissions at St Helens Council.

If your child turns four on or between 1st September 2025 and 31st August 2026, he or she can start primary school in September 2026.
